With extensive experience since 2016, I have honed my skills in auditing and practice improvement in key areas of children’s social care, particularly in Rotherham, Dudley, Middlesbrough and Southend-on-Sea Children's Services as well as a number of large Independent Fostering Agencies. My in-depth understanding of audit processes ensures that every review contributes to the development of effective and sustainable practices.
